salt & vinegar kale chips

1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

1.  preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  cut the large center vein and stalk from the leaves and toss aside.  cut the leaves into 2-inch sections.  place leaves in a large bowl.

2.  toss in the olive oil, vinegar and salt until all leaves are thoroughly coated.

3.  arrange them in a single layer on a cookie sheet.  bake for 15 - 25 minutes, tossing them around a few times as they bake to ensure even toasting, depending on how crispy/blackened you want them to be.

4.  remove from oven and place in a serving bowl.
