roman salad with stella shaved parmesan

prep time:  5 minutes
servings:  4

1 large head of romaine lettuce
2 cups mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves - finely chopped
2 anchovy fillets - finely chopped
1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 cup stella freshly shaved parmesan cheese
chopped parsley

1.  wash and dry romaine lettuce leaves.  tear leaves into pieces by hand. 

2.  add chopped garlic and anchovy to mayonnaise, stir well.

3.  toss lettuce with the mayonnaise dressing.  add capers, parmesan cheese, croutons and parley.  serve.
